　　公司核心技术：通过科学设计制砂机破碎腔及石料撞击角度，使石料在破碎腔内形成撞击、锤击、挤压于一体，充分利用转子旋转所产生的离心力、风力，使石料在破碎腔内多次、多角度相互撞击，制砂效率高、产量大，砂形好、近似河砂，含粉率低，细度模数、连续级配可调可控，有效提升机制砂质量，确保基建工程质量；最新研制的特大型制砂机，攻克多项技术难关，具有双驱动、同步调速、负荷自动调节、自动平衡；单机产量最大（每小时制砂高达300吨），进料粒径最大可达120mm。做到行业极致、世界领先，将成为砂石料行业最具市场竞争力的优势产品。新研制的干式制砂工艺技术，风选代替水洗，电热烘干，风量热量循环应用，节能高效，无污泥处理、原料利用率100%，工厂式生产，主机工厂两级密封负压除尘，无粉尘外扬，符合环保要求。该制砂机利用旋转所产生的离心力、风力达到极致，能更好地为用户创造财富。
　　中铁四局深汕西高速改扩建项目、重庆巨成集团矿业公司、湖北德耀建设工程公司、河北秦皇岛宏兴钢铁公司、乐昌元丰新型建材公司、湖南耒阳泰安采石场等用户在应用核力制砂机取得良好收益后，再次采用核力制砂机建造新的制砂生产线。
　　江西大茅山石材有限公司兴德砂厂，开始采用七台立轴冲击制砂机等设备，干式制砂，因泥粉超标、粒形、级配等成品砂质量问题，后改用水洗制砂，泥粉、粒形、级配等质量仍然无法达标，不得不将投资约8000万元整套生产线设备设施撤除。改用核力三台HZS1815特大型制砂机等设备及核力水洗含泥原料干式制砂工艺技术，花岗岩制砂，泥粉、粒形、级配等成品砂质量达标，产量增加一倍以上（时产高到800吨），含粉率减少到不足7%。

        Shaoguan Heli Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Muxi Industrial Park, Shaoguan City. Shaoguan City is a famous city of  historic and cultural significance with beautiful scenery, an  excellent touristy  city  in China, and  also a heavy industry production base of Guangdong Province.
