振动给料机 Vibrating Feeder

振动给料机(数控振动给料机):
  ZSW系列振动给料机是通过电动机经三角皮带使振动器产生高速旋转。旋转的偏心轴、偏心块产生离心力(ZZG系列振动给料机是采用两台相同规格的振动电机固定在给料槽两侧,在旋转的惯性力作用下产生离心力或一台振动电机固定在给料槽底部外旋转产生的离心力),给料槽中的物料在倾斜面上受到离心力的冲击而产生连续抛掷运动,从而实现连续均匀输送物料。
  主要用于破碎机前连续均匀输送石料之用,是粗碎破碎机前必不可少的配套设备,实现均匀给料之目的。振动给料机按照振动模式分为振动电机直接振动ZZG系列和偏心轴旋转振动ZSW系列;按照使用功能又可分为基本型全钢板封底、2/3钢板和1/3圆钢栅条封底B型、2/3钢板和1/3T型栅条封底C型三种结构,B型给料机能将不需破碎的细料(土或粉)分离,从而减少成品中的含土量;C型给料机能将不需破碎的细料分离;从而减少重复破碎,提高破碎效率。
  我公司对振动给料机的技术参数进行全面优化,科学设计给料机的振幅、振动频率和倾斜角度,提高给料效果。
  数控振动给料机是在振动给料机的基础上增加配置变频控制器,调节振动频率,自动调节供料量。已申报国家专利。

  Vibrating  feeder (Numerical control  vibrating  feeder):
  The vibrators of  vibrating feeders of series ZSW are driven to  rotate at a high speed by an electromotor through  triangle belts. The centrifugal force is produced by the spinning eccentric shaft and eccentric block  ( As for series ZZG ,two vibrating electromotors with the same specifications  are installed on the sides  of the feeding  trough, or  one  vibrating electromotor beneath  the bottom  of  the feeding  trough  optionally, and the centrifugal force will be produced  under the action of  inertial force  of  rotation .).  The  material  in the feeding trough is shocked by the centrifugal force on the inclined screening  surface  and   throwing movement  of material  occurs, so as to form continuous and uniform feeding of  material.  
  The vibrating feeder is mainly used for feeding  stones into the crusher continuously and uniformly , and is an indispensible  corollary equipment for  crushers  at the coarse crushing stage.  The vibrating feeders are divided into  two series according to the vibrating modes, i.e. series ZZG -- direct vibration by vibrating electromotor   and series ZSW --  vibration  by rotation of eccentric shaft; and the vibrating feeders can be also divided into three types of structures according to  functions  in using : 1. Basic type, all steel bottom plate. 2. Type B , two-thirds of bottom is steel plate and one third is made of  round steel grid bars.  3. Type C , two-thirds of bottom is steel plate and one third is made of  T-shape steel grid  bars  .  Type B  feeder  can separate the fine  particles (clay  and  powder )which is not necessary to crush , leading to the reduction of clay content in the finished product . Type C  feeder  can separate the fine  particles which is not necessary to crush , leading to the reduction of repeated crushing  and improvement of  crushing  efficiency .
  Our company has optimized the technical parameters of  the vibrating feeder in an all-round way. The  vibration amplitude , vibrating frequency and obliquity are designed scientifically to  improve the feeding effect .
    Numerical control vibrating feeder : On the basis of a vibrating feeder, a variable frequency controller is added for the numerical control vibrating feeder, so the feed  amount  will be automatically regulated by regulating vibration frequency. National patent has been applied for the numerical control vibrating feeder.
