锺式破碎机 Hammer Crusher

锤式破碎机是通过电动机带动转子在破碎腔内高速旋转。物料自上部给料口给入机内，受高速运动的锤子的打击、冲击、剪切、研磨作用而粉碎。在转子下部，设有筛板、粉碎物料中小于筛孔尺寸的粒级 通过筛板排出，大于筛孔尺寸的粗粒级 阻留在筛板上继续受到锤子的打击和研磨， 最后通过筛板排出机外，达到破碎石料的目的。

该机结构简单、破碎比大。适用于中等和中等以下硬度、进料粒度≤300mm、出料粒度≤40mm石料的破碎。

The electromotor of the Hammer Crusher drives the rotor to rotate in a high speed in the crushing cavity. When the building stones are fed from the feeding port on the top, they are crushed by the hammering, striking, shearing and grinding of the high-speed hammer. Under the rotor there is a screen deck; the crushed building stones which are smaller than the pore can pass the deck and be discharged. However those building stones which are larger than the pore are kept on the deck and stroke and ground again and again until they are discharged.

The machine has simple structure and large ratio of crushing. It is suitable for crushing stones with medium or less hardness and feeding granularity is less than or equal to 300mm, discharging granularity is less than or equal to 40mm.
